Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until chicken is no longer pink and shrimp are opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the cooked chicken and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.
  7. Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the skillet, and add soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil; toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through and blend flavors.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and lime wedges on the side.
