Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast and shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until chicken is no longer pink and shrimp are opaque, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the cooked chicken and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.
- Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the skillet, and add soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil; toss everything together until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through and blend flavors.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and lime wedges on the side.
