Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in sliced bell pepper and mushrooms, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet, followed by soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the zoodles are just tender.
  7. Season with ground black pepper to taste.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro before serving.
  9. Serve immediately, optionally with lime wedges on the side.
