Steps
- In a pot, bring the chicken or seafood broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Add the sliced ginger, minced garlic, and sliced onion to the broth, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- While the broth is simmering, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
