  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Carrots - 1 small, julienned
  • Fresh basil - 10 leaves
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 leaves
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the vegetable broth, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  5. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Layer the sliced red bell pepper, mushrooms, and julienned carrots on top of the cheese.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil over the vegetables for added flavor.
