  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges
  • Bean sprouts - 50 grams, for garnish
  • Sliced jalapeños - 20 grams, for garnish
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring the beef bone broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the fish sauce and black pepper to the broth, stirring to combine.
  3. While the broth is heating, prepare the shirataki noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  4. Once the broth is simmering, add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the pot, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until just cooked through.
  5. Divide the prepared shirataki noodles between two bowls.
  6. Ladle the hot beef broth and cooked beef over the noodles in each bowl.
