  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Almond flour - 40 grams
  • Coconut oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped mushrooms, grated carrot, shredded cabbage, minced garlic, chopped onion, beaten egg, fish sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Gradually add almond flour to the mixture until it holds together well. Adjust the amount of almond flour if necessary.
  3. Form the mixture into small cylindrical shapes, about the size of a finger, ensuring they are compact.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the pork rolls in the pan, leaving space between them.
  5. Fry the rolls for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Make sure to cook them evenly, adjusting the heat as necessary.
  6. Once cooked, remove the rolls from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
