- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon (5g)
- Chili pepper - 1 small, finely sliced (optional)
Steps
- Peel and julienne the green mango, carrot, and red bell pepper into thin strips.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned mango, carrot, red bell pepper, cilantro, and mint.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to combine all ingredients.
- If using, add the finely sliced chili pepper for extra heat and mix again.
