Steps

  1. Begin by peeling and shredding the green papaya and carrot using a grater or mandoline.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded papaya and carrot.
  3. Add the chopped mint and cilantro to the bowl.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, vegan fish sauce, minced garlic, and chopped chili pepper to create the dressing.
