  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Chili pepper - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, coconut aminos, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the sliced beef for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, cilantro, and mint.
  4. Add the sautéed beef to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Pour the dressing over the beef and vegetable mix, and toss everything together until well combined.
