  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili pepper (sliced) - 1 small

Steps

  1. In a pan over medium heat, lightly sauté the tiny shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and cucumber.
  3. Add the cooked shrimp to the vegetable mixture.
  4. Chop the fresh mint and cilantro, and add them to the bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, fish sauce, sliced chili pepper, and optional sweetener. Stir well.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
