- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the squid rings and cook for 2-3 minutes until just opaque. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced cucumber, chopped mint, chopped cilantro, and sliced red chili.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, stevia (if using), and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Add the cooked squid to the bowl of vegetables and pour the dressing over the top. Toss well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Drizzle the sesame oil over the salad and give it one last gentle toss.
