Ingredients

  • Sugar - 10 grams
  • Salt - 1 gram
  • Chili pepper - 1 small, finely sliced
  • Roasted peanuts - 20 grams, crushed

Steps

  1. Wash the cucumber and carrot thoroughly. Peel the carrot and cut both the cucumber and carrot into thin julienne strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the julienned cucumber and carrot to the bowl with the dressing. Toss well to ensure the vegetables are coated.
