- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil (canola or vegetable) - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the pan.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
