  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil (canola or vegetable) - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the pan.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
