Steps
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot, broccoli florets, and bell pepper to the pan, stir-frying for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper, and stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are heated through and coated in the sauce.
- Stir in chopped green onions and remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
