  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
  • Snow peas - 100 grams, trimmed
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Shallot - 1 medium, sliced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced shallot, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the squid to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it turns opaque.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers, carrot, zucchini, and snow peas, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the squid and vegetables.
  6. Season with black pepper and lime juice, stirring to combine.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
