- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime - 1, for serving
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high and add the sliced squid to the pan, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque.
