  • Celery, sliced - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili, sliced (optional) - 1 piece
  • Lime wedges - 2 pieces (for serving)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced squid to the pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque.
  4. Stir in the sliced celery and continue to cook for another 2 minutes until the celery is tender but still crisp.
  5. Add the fish sauce, black pepper, and optional red chili, stirring well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
