Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped chili, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil to create a marinade.
- Add the cleaned squid to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
