  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped chili, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil to create a marinade.
  3. Add the cleaned squid to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
