Steps
- Clean the king oyster mushrooms and slice them lengthwise into thin strips to resemble squid.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the mushroom strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the mushrooms marinate, prepare a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
