Steps
- Clean the squid by removing the head, innards, and skin, then rinse thoroughly under cold water.
- Cut the squid into rings or leave whole if preferred.
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the squid to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Prepare a steaming pot by bringing water to a boil.
