  • Fish sauce (Kosher) - 1 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime, for garnish - 1

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef, lemongrass, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread a thin layer of mozzarella cheese evenly over the base.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, stirring frequently.
  5. Distribute the cooked beef evenly over the cheese on the pizza. Add the sliced red bell pepper on top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the beef and bell pepper.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
