- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the oysters under cold water to clean them and remove any debris.
- In a small bowl, mix the vegetable oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using).
- Finely chop the scallions and add them to the oil mixture.
