Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 200 grams
  • Squid - 200 grams
  • Scallions - 4 stalks
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean and devein the shrimp, and slice the squid into rings.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, squid, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Chop the scallions and mince the garlic. In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the scallions and cook for another minute.
  5. Thread the shrimp and squid onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to prevent burning).
