- Squid - 200 grams
- Scallions - 4 stalks

- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean and devein the shrimp, and slice the squid into rings.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, squid, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Chop the scallions and mince the garlic. In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the scallions and cook for another minute.
- Thread the shrimp and squid onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to prevent burning).
