Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Pork tenderloin - 200 grams
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Honey - 15 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Rice vinegar - 15 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges
  • Sriracha sauce - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and rice vinegar to create a marinade.
  2. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips and add to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. While the pork is grilling, preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Once the pork is grilled, slice it into bite-sized pieces and distribute it evenly over the cheese.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately sprinkle chopped cilantro and basil over the top.
  9. Slice the pizza and serve hot with lime wedges and Sriracha sauce on the side.
