Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell pepper and julienned zucchini, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
