- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red chili - 1, sliced (optional for heat)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
