  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (low-sodium)
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili - 1, sliced (optional for heat)

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Increase the heat to high and add the sliced chicken breast. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
