- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

- Fresh cilantro - for garnish, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
