  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
