- Lemongrass - 1 stalk, finely chopped
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, chopped lemongrass, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
