  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, coconut aminos, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, black pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
