  • Lime - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped shallots, coconut aminos, fish sauce, five-spice powder, black pepper, honey (if using), lime juice, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours to enhance flavor.
