- Kaffir lime leaves - 10 leaves, finely sliced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Shallots - 2, minced
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon (optional for sweetness)
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, shallots, fish sauce, coconut aminos, honey, black pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.

- During the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the finely sliced kaffir lime leaves over the chicken for added flavor.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the Gà Nướng Lá Chanh garnished with fresh cilantro and enjoy your meal.
