- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chao, minced garlic, lime juice, coconut aminos, honey, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil.
