Steps
- In a bowl, mix together the lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, chopped red chili, fish sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
