  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
