  • Red chili - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 leaves, for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sliced chili to create the dressing.
  3. Toss the cooked shrimp in half of the dressing and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly charred.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the julienned green mango and the remaining dressing, mixing well.
