  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon (15ml)

  • Chili pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced (adjust to taste)

Steps

  1. Prepare the green mango by peeling and julienning it into thin strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the julienned mango, cooked shrimp, red bell pepper, carrot, mint, cilantro, and chili pepper.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
