- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Fresh mint - 30 grams, chopped
- Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the julienned cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and mint.

- Once the tofu is cooked, let it cool slightly, then add it to the vegetable mixture.
