  • Palm sugar - 10 grams

  • Mint leaves - a handful

Steps

  1. Peel and julienne the green papaya and carrot into thin strips.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the juice of the lime, fish sauce, palm sugar, minced garlic, and finely chopped chili to create the dressing.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the julienned papaya, carrot, and cherry tomatoes.
