  • Fresh mint leaves - 30 grams, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed

Steps

  1. Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water for about 20 minutes until softened. Drain and cut into strips.
