- Red chili - 1 small, thinly sliced

- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Peanut - 30 grams, crushed (for garnish)

Steps
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the peeled and deveined shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and let them cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the julienned green mango, chopped cilantro, chopped mint leaves, and sliced red chili.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
