  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon

  • Red chili - 1 small, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, and sliced red chili to create the dressing.
