- Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Red chili - 1 small, thinly sliced (optional)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, and sliced red chili to create the dressing.
- Add the cooked shrimp and beef to the bowl of vegetables, then pour the dressing over the mixture. Toss gently to combine all ingredients well.
