  • Cilantro (chopped) - 15 grams
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Peanuts (crushed) - 30 grams
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Chili (sliced, optional) - 1 small

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
