Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 300 grams

  • Fresh lime juice - 30 ml
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml
  • Sugar - 5 grams
  • Chili flakes - 1 gram
  • Peanut (crushed) - 30 grams
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml

Steps

  1. Wash the cucumber and carrot thoroughly. Peel the carrot and cut both the cucumber and carrot into thin julienne strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the fresh lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the julienned cucumber and carrot to the bowl, tossing them in the dressing to coat evenly.
  4. Chop the mint and cilantro leaves roughly, then fold them into the salad mixture.
  5. Drizzle the sesame oil over the salad and mix gently.
  6. Serve the salad in bowls and top with crushed peanuts for added crunch.
