Steps

  1. Wash the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper thoroughly.
  2. Julienne the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, minced garlic, and chopped chili pepper to create the dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the julienned vegetables, chopped mint leaves, and cilantro.
