- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil) - 30 grams, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
- Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
- Fish sauce - 30 ml
- Lime juice - 15 ml
- Sugar - 5 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Chili (optional) - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for about 15 minutes until soft, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and sliced chili to create a dressing. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
- In a large bowl, combine the soaked vermicelli, sliced chả lụa, julienned carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, and chopped herbs.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
