- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh chili - 1, finely sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves - 20 grams, torn
- Cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large, for serving

Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sliced chili to create the dressing. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
