Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, julienned cucumber, and sliced red bell pepper.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
