  • Red chili - 1, finely sliced
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and minced garlic to create the dressing. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. In a large bowl, add the segmented pomelo, cooked shrimp, chopped mint, chopped basil, and sliced chili.
