- Soy chicken - 200 grams
- Lemongrass - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Prepare the soy chicken by slicing it into thin strips and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Add the soy chicken strips and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated soy chicken to the wok and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Add the sliced onions, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
