- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Add pork ribs, ensuring they are well coated, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it according to package instructions (approximately 15-20 minutes).
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped shallots and sauté until translucent.
- Add the marinated pork ribs to the skillet and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the ribs are browned and cooked through.
- While the ribs are cooking, prepare the fresh vegetables: julienne the carrot and slice the cucumber.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- To serve, place a generous scoop of jasmine rice on each plate, top with the cooked pork ribs, and arrange the fresh vegetables alongside. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
